1. General

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your download, access, and use of Clean AI: Phone Cleaner (the "App"), provided by Hannaholat ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. App Functionality

The App provides phone cleaning and media management tools for personal, non-commercial use. The App may include:

The App does not provide contacts cleaning, email security checking, private vault, calendar cleanup, Wi-Fi tools, antivirus, VPN, or similar unrelated features.

3. Your Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for reviewing photos, screenshots, videos, and other media before deleting or compressing them. The App is designed to help you identify and manage media, but you decide what to keep, delete, or compress.

Before deletion, the App may use Android system confirmation flows or in-app review screens. Once you confirm deletion, deleted content may not be recoverable through the App. We recommend backing up important files before using cleanup features.

4. Access and Permissions

Some features require access to photos, videos, device media, internet connectivity, Google Play Billing, or other system capabilities. If you deny or limit permissions, some features may not work or may only work partially.

You must use the App lawfully and only on devices and media that you own or have permission to manage.

5. Free Features, Ads, and Pro Access

The App may be free to download and may include ads. Some features, limits, or experiences may require Pro access, a weekly subscription, a lifetime purchase, or watching a rewarded ad where available.

Ads are not shown to users with valid Pro or Lifetime access, subject to purchase verification and entitlement status.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer a Weekly Pro subscription and a Lifetime Pro one-time purchase.

Prices, trial availability, billing periods, taxes, and renewal terms are displayed in Google Play or the purchase screen before you confirm payment. Payments are processed by Google Play; we do not store your complete payment card information.

7. Weekly to Lifetime Purchase

If you have an active Weekly Pro subscription and purchase Lifetime Pro, Lifetime Pro will become your highest-priority entitlement after successful purchase verification.

Because Weekly Pro and Lifetime Pro may be different Google Play product types, purchasing Lifetime Pro may not automatically cancel your Weekly Pro subscription. You may need to manage and cancel your Weekly Pro subscription through Google Play to avoid future renewals, unless we provide an automated cancellation flow in the future.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play policies. You can manage subscriptions through your Google Play account. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel a subscription. We do not control Google Play billing decisions, refund approvals, or payment processing.

9. Restore Purchase

The App may provide a Restore Purchase function to check your Google Play purchase status. Restore Purchase can restore active Weekly Pro access or Lifetime Pro access where verified. If no valid purchase is found, restoration may fail.

10. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content, pricing, ads, subscriptions, or App functionality at any time, subject to applicable law and platform rules. Updates may be required for continued use of some features.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all duplicate, similar, or compressible media will be detected perfectly.

The App is a utility tool and does not guarantee a specific amount of storage savings, performance improvement, or compression result.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, media, profits, goodwill, or device functionality arising from or related to your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy available at https://admin.wscopetools.com/privacy-policy.html.

15. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services such as Google Play, Google Play Billing, analytics, crash reporting, advertising networks, and email or sharing apps. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Hannaholat, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the App or at https://admin.wscopetools.com/terms-of-use.html. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
