1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Hannaholat ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use Clean AI: Phone Cleaner (the "App").
The App is designed to help users clean phone storage, review photos and videos, remove duplicate or similar media, swipe to keep or delete photos, compress videos, and manage subscription access. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Process
We process only the information needed to provide, maintain, improve, secure, and monetize the App.
- Device and app information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, country/region, IP-derived approximate region, crash logs, diagnostics, and similar technical information.
- Usage information: screens viewed, buttons tapped, feature usage, scan results, purchase flow events, ad events, and other in-app interactions used for analytics and product improvement.
- Media access: if you grant permission, the App accesses photos, screenshots, and videos on your device so it can detect duplicate photos, similar photos, screenshots, videos, short recordings, and media that may be compressed or removed.
- Purchase information: subscription and one-time purchase status, purchase identifiers, product type, and restore purchase results provided by Google Play Billing or related purchase infrastructure. We do not store your complete payment card information.
- Advertising information: ad impressions, ad clicks, rewarded ad completion, advertising identifiers where permitted, and related information used to show and measure ads.
- Support information: if you contact us, we may process your email address, message content, device information you provide, and attachments you choose to send.
3. Media and On-Device Processing
The App needs access to your media library to provide its core cleaning functions. This may include scanning photos, screenshots, and videos to identify duplicate photos, similar media, videos, short recordings, and files that may be compressed.
Media processing is intended to support in-app cleanup and storage management. Media files remain on your device unless you choose to delete, compress, or otherwise process them through the App or Android system flows. We do not intentionally collect contacts, emails, calendar events, private vault content, Wi-Fi data, antivirus scan data, or VPN data because those features are not part of this App.
4. Permissions
- Photos and videos / media library permission: required to scan and display media for cleanup, deletion, swiping, and compression features.
- Internet access: required for ads, analytics, purchases, restore purchase, support links, policy pages, and app updates.
You can manage permissions through your device settings. If you deny or limit media permissions, some features may not work or may only work with the media you allow.
5. How We Use Information
- To provide App features, including storage overview, duplicate photo detection, similar media review, photo swiping, video browsing, video compression, deletion flows, and restore purchase.
- To process subscriptions, lifetime purchases, restore purchase requests, and entitlement status.
- To display ads to free users and remove ads for users with active Pro or Lifetime access.
- To measure performance, detect crashes, improve user experience, and understand feature usage.
- To respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or misuse of the App.
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal requests, and platform requirements.
6. Ads, Analytics, and Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services for analytics, advertising, crash reporting, attribution, purchases, and app distribution. These services may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, purchase status, and usage events in accordance with their own policies.
- Google Play and Google Play Billing for app distribution, in-app purchases, subscriptions, and restore purchase.
- Firebase or similar services for analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and app events.
- AdMob, AppLovin, or similar advertising networks for ads shown to free users.
- Attribution or analytics partners, if used, to measure campaign performance and app usage.
We do not sell your photos or videos. We do not use your media files for advertising targeting beyond what is necessary to provide the App features and comply with platform policies.

We do not share your photos or videos with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Media files remain on your device unless you choose to delete, compress, or otherwise process them through the App.

11. Children
The App is not directed to children. Users must be old enough to use the App under the laws of their country or region. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
